Belated Beauties

You probably remember the 80 daffodil bulbs that I purchased on clearance last fall and planted in my garden in early February.



Earlier this week, these daffodils finally started blooming. Only three of the bulbs are blooming right now, but several more have buds on them and I'd say that well over half of them have sprouted and are growing larger every day.



The ones pictured below are growing in my daylily bed. Normally, the daffodils will bloom before the daylilys start coming up.
